ELECTION NOTICE TO THE KHE SANH VETERANS (KSV) MEMBERSHIP
There will be an election for the following Khe Sanh Board Of Directors positions. Only voting members of the association who honorable served in the Armed Forces of the United States of America may hold any position on the Board of Directors of the Association.
This election will take place during the KSV Reunion general membership meeting at the 2026 Annual Reunion, September 13-20, 2026, at the HOLIDAY INN SAN ANTONIO RIVERWALK, 217 N. St. Mary’s St., San Antonio, TX 78205.
You may run for one (1) of the following positions:
Vice-President,
Secretary,
Four (4) Member-at-Large positions
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THESE POSITIONS.
(1) FOR VICE-PRESIDENT: A person seeking the office of Vice President is required to have served a minimum of four (4) years on the Board of Directors of the Khe Sanh Veterans, Inc. (From the By-Laws stated in Section V, C, i.)
(2) A person must be a member in good standing. (Dues must be current at time of submission.)
(3) A person must have attended a minimum of two reunions within the previous five years.
A person must send a WRITTEN notification to the Election Committee Chairman (David J. Meyer) (flyer551@hotmail.com) of intent to run and for which office, thirty (30) days prior to the general membership meeting. If you do not have email, mailing addresses are available in the membership directory.
ALL written notices of the intention to run and for WHICH office must be RECEIVED by the Chair prior to 8 PM Central Daylight Time on August 19, 2026. Any written notices received after that time WILL NOT be eligible for placement on the ballot.
