KVS News: Short Round 013
From Your President:
A Birthday Tribute to Marine Corps Veterans
Honoring Courage, Sacrifice, and Brotherhood
On this 250th anniversary of the United States Marine Corps, I extend my deepest gratitude and respect to each of you. As we celebrate this proud tradition, we honor the men and women who have worn the eagle, globe, and anchor with valor, pride, and unbreakable spirit. As you gather with your fellow Marines, friends, and family, know that a grateful nation remembers and celebrates you. Today, we celebrate you not just for the years you have lived, but for the legacy you continue to build with each passing day.
In the upcoming year, the Board of the KSV will continue to work together for the good of the organization. The KSV Scholarship as well as the financial status of the Khe Sanh Veterans is solvent. The Scholarship has been reorganized and open for applications. With the elections at the 2025 Reunion in Pensacola, we will be working with a new board of directors and some updates in the works.
Next years Reunion is to be held in San Antonio TX from September 13, 2026 thru September 20, 2026. More information on that as the planning process begins.
The coming year holds endless possibilities.
Happy Birthday, Marines. Semper Fidelis!
With deep appreciation and respect,
Russell Turner
President
Khe Sanh Veterans Inc.
