KSV News: Short Round 008

Khe Sanh Veterans

Short Round Newsletter #008

KSV Member Communications

As much as it pains us, we are now forced to use group emails and texts to stay in contact our membership.  With several hundred members and very limited administrative staff, we will have to reach out to our members using a mailing service, which will send our emails and text messages.  Our new sender address will be: KSVNews@khesanh.vet.

Your email and text programs are set up to automatically hunt down and trash spam messages- a good thing.  You need to work around this feature for new KSV communications.  You do this by telling your computer, pad and / or phone that you are good with getting KSV communications.  This is done by adding KSV and its email addresses as an approved entity that your device will recognize.

**MAKE A NOTE- 1**  Please add Khe Sanh Veterans to your computer Contacts along with our admin@khesanh.vet (you sending to us) and KSVNews@khesanh.vet (we sending to you) mailboxes / email addresses.  When you do, it keeps our communications from disappearing into your spam mail and text, never to be seen again.

**MAKE A NOTE- 2** Also, using admin@khesanh.vet, please send us your current contact information.  To include email, phone (for texts), voice contact phone (if different) and mailing address.  Along with any other info you wish KSV to know.

**MAKE A NOTE- 3**  If you see our KSV mail in your spam or trash mail, just drag it out and place it into your inbox.  After a couple of times, your email program will learn.

**MAKE A NOTE- 4** We need your explicit permission to send you KSV group emails and text messages.  If you have not provided this approval, please go khesanh.vet and find this headline link: READ FIRST >> Opt In For Communications << READ FIRST.   Click on that link and follow instructions, please.
