Help Desk
Kathy is organizing a group of volunteers to not only forward all incoming email appropriately (Short Round 004), but to also serve as our “Help Desk Team”.
This is really a great step forward. Any questions you have about anything to do with KSV, the Help Desk will try to resolve the issue or find your answer. This could range from reunion questions about accommodations, schedules or the like. Or trying to find an older article in Red Clay magazine, that you’ve been unable to track down. Maybe you want to find the name of a member who you met at an earlier reunion- they will have the reunion attendance list. You may want to know something about the scholarship fund and how your grandchildren can apply- they will make you an expert on this process. Do you want to find out if your dues are properly paid up-to-date, they will, happily, have this information and even better- how to pay.
Navigating our new KSV website may be a challenge for some. Especially, those members who do not regularly use computers. While the Help Desk will not make you an expert, they can answer any website related questions that you are unable to sort out.
The Help Desk team will be your personal guide to all things KSV related. They will see that your question gets properly answered and will find the right person to deal with your issue. This gives you an easy to use “Keys to the Kingdom” pass key to any and all of our KSV functions.
Make A Note: All inquiries to access the Help Desk must only be directed via email to our new KSV address: admin@khesanh.vet with “Attn: Help Desk” in the email subject line. Doing this properly, your question or help request will go directly to the Help Desk team for resolution
