Glenn T. Griffin

July 21, 1948 – January 15, 2022

Glenn T. Griffin “Griff”, 73, of Baldwinsville passed away on Saturday in Myrtle Beach, SC. Born in Hackensack, NJ, he was raised in Warwick, NY graduating from Warwick Valley High School, Class of 1966. Glenn enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, proudly serving his country during the Vietnam War. After being honorably discharged, he continued his education obtaining his bachelor’s degree from SUNY New Paltz.  While living in Warwick, NY, he met the love of his life Sandra, sharing a blessed union of 52 years. In 1979 they came to Baldwinsville where he has since resided.

He also stayed involved and dedicated to the Marine Corp as a Founding Board Member and Director of Delta 1/1 Reunion Organization, member of the Khe Sanh Veterans Association and the Warwick American Legion Post # 214. Glenn was the happiest when he was surrounded by his family. It was his favorite and most important part of life.

Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife, Sandra L. (Stevens) Griffin, five daughters; Kelli (Steven), Kasi (Cole) Killian, Karli (Jason), Koleen and Kodi, 10 grandchildren; Connor, Caitlin, Dylan, Griffin, Aidan, Boston, Izaac, Grace, Dante and Keilana, four siblings; Garry (Dorothy) Griffin, Kathy (Harvey) Kroll, Kammy Cabral (Don), Gil (Lee) Griffin and an abundance of wonderful nieces, nephews and cousins.
