Cecil Franklin Rogers, 81 of the Green Creek Community of Robbinsville, NC passed away, Sunday, September 15, 2024, at his residence.

Cecil was a Veteran of the United States Marines having served his country during the Vietnam War. He was the recipient of a Purple Heart having been wounded at the Battle of Khe Sanh.
