Glenn J. Campbell, Jr

Glenn J. Campbell, Jr. 83, of Brewerton passed away June 6, 2015. He was born November 6, 1931, in West Monroe, NY, a son of Glenn J. and Mayme A. Woodard Campbell, Sr. Glenn was a Marine Corps veteran having served his country for twenty years which included tours of duty in both the Korean and Vietnam Wars. In Vietnam, he was in the brutal battle of Khe Sanh. After his retirement from the military, he was employed for 20 years by the NYS Department of Transportation, retiring in 1990. Glenn was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed camping, hunting, and fishing. He also enjoyed working on cars and could repair just about anything.

Surviving are his wife of 62 years, the former Joyce Doria; two daughters, Jacqueline (Douglas) Smith, Maiden, NC, Kim (Phillip) Mazza, Baldwinsville, NY; a grandson Glenn Smith, Maiden, NC; a sister, Evelyn Gristwood, Alexander, NY and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three brothers, Delos, Donald, and Stephen Campbell and one sister, Mayme Howell.
