Kenneth J. Bragalone

Kenneth James Bragalone was born Sept. 4, 1947 in Campbell, IL to Bernard Bragalone and the late June (Ginther) Bragalone. Kenny, who grew up as an honor student and Steel Valley Champion football player for Campbell Memorial High School graduated in 1965. He then went on to enlist in the U.S. Marine Corps the same year at 18 years old. He was a proud patriot and served his country faithfully throughout the Vietnam War, enduring heavy combat including the battle of Khe Sanh where he suffered injuries due to shrapnel as well as exposure to Agent Orange that left him with debilitating illnesses as his years progressed.

After being honorably discharged from the service he returned home to the Youngstown area and worked at Youngstown Sheet and Tube before moving to Chicago and taking a job at Westlake Hosp. as a maintenance mechanic. In 1980 he then returned to Campbell. This is where he was re-acquainted with the love of his life Vicky, and they were married in October of 1983.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 26 years Vicky (Musser) Bragalone; his only daughter Tiffany Bragalone; a brother Terry Bragalone of Austintown; his aunt Vi (Peters) Alesio; in-laws, Marilyn Stoltz, William (Nancy) Musser, Patty (Dave) Basista, Denise DeGeorge; many loving nieces and nephews and several cousins in Chicago and Youngstown. He also leaves his best friend Eddie McCloud who was there for him through good times and bad.
He was preceded in death by his mother June Bragalone; mother-in-law Wilma Musser; grandparents, Theresa and Al Bragalone and a brother-in-law, Steve Stoltz.
