KSV News: Short Round 033

Red Clay II – New Articles

We all miss getting our quarterly fix when another edition of Red Clay arrived in the mail. Tommy, Ernie and other editors, poured their hearts into telling the story of what happened at Khe Sanh, as told by those of us who were there. And all done in a very professional publication. Mine went immediately to my morning reading room for daily visits to the stories, articles and photos to be read and reread.

As we reported earlier, unless there are some significant economic changes and new volunteers, it is unlikely that we will be able to publish and mail printed Red Clay magazines going forward.

The good news is that, thanks to our prolific KSV authors, we are still able to produce and share the high quality Red Clay articles and photos for our members. The change is now we transmit them to our members digitally, rather then via mailed “Hard Copy”.

You are now receiving a weekly Short Round via email or text. That will contain all the latest KSV news and information that is fit to print.

Our web site https://khesanh.vet/ has a new Member Discussion Board that is available to members only. Please…. post any discussion items that relate to KSV there. Anything you believe may be of interest to share with other KSV members. This Board is for members to share appropriate messages, stories and remembrances with other members. Think of it as a more KSV exclusive and targeted discussion vehicle than Facebook- and it will never track you or sell your personal information.

Most important…… remember and miss your Red Clay Magazine articles? Well, they are back!! Visit: https://khesanh.vet/red-clay-ii-new-articles/ Our web site has reserved this Bunker for articles that would have been in the mailed Red Clay magazine. Over 30 new Red Clay articles and growing!!

In our next Short Round we will preview some of those articles to stimulate your interest.
